Rate Rules (applicable for all Villa types):
Adult : US$ 156.00 per adult per night on Bed and Breakfast, 1st and 2nd child only US$ 6.00 per night when sharing with parents in the same room. Third Child : US$ 106.00 per child per night age 2 to 14.99 years old.
Infant below 2 years : US$ 6.00 per child per night
Baby cot can be provided on free of charge and must be booked in advance.The Resort Transfer Policy;

US$ 515 per adult, US$ 315 per child age below 12 years old , FREE infant below 2 years oldCOMBINE RETURN TRANSFER BY DOMESTIC FLIGHT + SPEEDBOAT (PER PERSON) US$ 385 per adult, US$ 235 per child age below 12 years old , FREE infant below 2 years old.
- All rates are NET, inclusive of Service Charge & T‐GST (Tourism Goods and Services).
- Rates quoted PER ROOM PER NIGHT on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY on BREAKFAST BASIS for all ON THE BEACH AND OVER WATER VILLAS.
- Rates quoted PER ROOM PER NIGHT on FOUR ADULTS OCCUPANCY on BEAKFAST BASIS for RETREATS.
- Rate includes GREEN TAX of USD 6.00 per person per night including children & infants.
- All net rates are quoted in US Dollars per villa per night for double occupancy on breakfast basis, Inclusive of service charge, T‐GST (Tourism Goods and Services).
- Above Rates inclusive of USD 6 per person per night including Children, Infants and extra person and this shall be part of the total invoice value which will be billed to the customer.
- No rate reduction for Single occupancy and the same meal plan shall be applied throughout the stay and for all occupants.

DEFINITIONS:
INFANT = From 0 to 1.99 years old
Free transfer on adult lap, villa accommodation and meal when sharing the villa with adults. Maximum two infants can stay and eat free when sharing the villa with two paying adults
CHILD =From 2 to 14.99 years’ old (Discounted transfer rates applicable only for Child below 11.99 years old at the time of travelling)
Maximum two children: can stay and eat free when sharing the villa with two full paying adults. If room is shared by one full paying adult with two children, then the second child will be charged 50% for meal plan supplement accordingly for the booked meal plan.
Extra child stay: pay for daily rate, daily meal plan, festive season supplement and transfer.
