RATE RULES (APPLICABLE FOR ALL ROOMS/VILLAS)

* Rates quoted are in USD on Full Board, inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 16% T-GST. Additionally, Resort will add Green Tax at USD 6 per person per night to the invoice.

*  The above rates are non-commissionable and quoted per room per night for the number of persons specified in the “Std Pax” of the rate sheet.

* Child rates are valid for children sharing rooms with parents. Infants below 2 years stay free-of-charge (green tax chargeable). For infants, Resort will provide a complimentary Baby Cot.

* SUPPLEMENTS 

* All supplements are chargeable on top of room rates and quoted in USD, including a 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Supplements for infants below 2 years are free of charge.

Board Supplement: Full Board to All-Inclusive for Adult $95 and Child (2-22.99y) for $48.

* TRANSFERS 

*  All transfer rates quoted in USD include a 10% service charge and prevailing taxes. Infants below 2 years are free of charge.

*  The Resort will exclusively arrange all transfers between Resort and Airport (Airport → Resort → Airport) at the following rates.
