The standard Check-In time is 1400 hours and Check-Out time 1200 hours. If Guest arrival is earlier than the Resort Check-In time and immediate access is required to the Guest Room, we recommend reserving from the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee room until departure time from the Resort.
Transfer Fes
Return (Airport - Resort - Airport) transfer fees by speedboat will be US Dollars 175.00 per adult above 12 years, US Dollars 90.00 per child between 02 to 11.99 years and Complimentary for infants between 00 to 1.99 years.
Cancellation Charges
a. Any cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
b. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of the booking value.
c. No show and Early Departure 100% of full stay Charges as per booking.
d. No replacements will be accepted for any check-outs prior to the scheduled departure date.
